Title and Summary

Director/Senior Managing Consultant, Services, Business Development-Platforms

Overview:
The Senior Managing Consultant, Business Development-Platforms role will be a key member of the Services Business Development team in North America, focusing on sales campaigns and revenue generation for Services Platforms. These include Loyalty, Personalization (Dynamic Yield), Test & Learn, Ethoca, Identity Solutions, and Cybersecurity solutions (RiskRecon). The role aims to enhance and optimize the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for all platform solutions in North America by activating all sales channels, especially the broader Services Business Development Community.

Role:
This individual will independently conceptualize, organize, and drive platform sales initiatives in collaboration with Platform Sales Leaders and Services BD Leads in NAM (Canada and the USA). Responsibilities include executing focused sales campaigns, GTM planning, white-space identification, developing business cases for new GTM efforts, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to drive platform strategy. Prioritization should consider both short-term revenue and long-term recurring growth. Success will be measured against platform revenue growth targets, and activities should align accordingly. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, flexible, results-driven, influential, and respectful of existing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to platform revenue growth and target attainment (IYR, TCV) for NAM.
  • Conceptualize, organize, and drive platform sales initiatives, leveraging resources across Business Development functions as needed.
  • Liaise with Customer Success Organizations to ensure engagement and relationship growth.
  • Become knowledgeable about all platform solutions and advocate for these solutions within Mastercard and with customers.
  • Integrate platform solutions into broader Mastercard and Services sales narratives to maximize exposure and impact.

  • Proven ability to support strategy and execution collaboratively.

  • Knowledge of Mastercard data, Services platforms, and regional sales norms.

Compensation: Salary range: $161,000 - $250,000. Mastercard offers a competitive benefits package including insurance, paid leave, 401k match, wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, and inclusive policies.
