Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic development and execution of organizational goals in cyber/tech underwriting. You will lead underwriting teams, guide territorial functions, and ensure profitability, revenue and loss ratio targets are met.

You will build cross-group partnerships, coordinate with internal resources for client solutions and ensure Best Practices are applied across the organization, delivering agency and product solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of cyber/tech underwriting or brokering experience.
• 3+ years of direct management experience.
• Proven ability to make sound underwriting decisions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated sales, marketing, and relationship management.
