Position Summary

KPMG is seeking a Director, Senior Cloud Security Architect to join our Global Information Solution Group, part of KPMG International.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to assess application security and contribute to closing security gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for a systemic security approach.
• Conduct threat modeling to identify potential security threats and risks.
• Perform code reviews and static / dynamic analysis to ensure application security.
• Work with development teams to prioritize and mitigate threats.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten years experience in security architecture, threat modeling, identity management, software development, cryptography, penetration testing, or cloud security.
• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or five years of recent cloud security experience.
• Advanced knowledge of security engineering, system and network security, authentication protocols, cryptography, or application security.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Cybersecurity Expert, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and their security features.
• Understanding of industry frameworks such as CSA, CIS, NIST, ISO.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
