Victra-Verizon Authorized Retailer seeks a Director of Health Care Strategy & Plan Economics to lead the self-insured benefits program. The role combines actuary-like analysis, vendor negotiations, and plan design strategy to drive savings and robust governance across TPA and PBM relationships.

The position partners with Finance and Total Rewards to re-underwrite how the company buys and manages health care, with a goal of 3–5x savings relative to fully-loaded cost within 12–18 months and

Qualifikationen

• Experience shaping self-insured health plans and evaluating vendor contracts.
• Ability to build trend models, IBNR estimates, ROI cases for CFO review.
• Demonstrated governance, risk and compliance orientation for ERISA/PBM requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own TPA and PBM economics, audits, and RFPs.
• Redesign benefit tiers, networks and formularies for cost management.
• Develop financial forecast, trend assumptions, and report to executive leadership.
