Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Security Compliance to lead a security governance program across PCI DSS, SOX, and privacy. You will partner with Technology, Legal, Internal Audit, and business teams to embed security into operations and drive audit readiness.

This role emphasizes executive visibility, risk prioritization, and scalable processes in a dynamic retail environment. You will report to the CISO and manage a team of professionals and contractors, delivering clear risk

Competenze

• Minimum 6+ years in information security, risk, or compliance with people leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management or related field or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in SOX, privacy regulations, and third-party risk management; PCI DSS knowledge
• Strong decision-making, conflict resolution, and leadership across teams
• Ability to drive accountability with cross-functional stakeholders and executives
• Comfort presenting to executive leadership and board-level audiences
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, business-aligned controls
• Risk-based mindset balancing compliance with operational effectiveness
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, or PCI ISA/QSA preferred
• Role requires onsite work in Rocklin, CA, Mon-Thu with optional Fri in the office

• Lead and evolve the Security Compliance function with a high-performing team
• Govern enterprise security compliance and control framework across regulatory standards
• Oversee PCI, SOX, and privacy programs with audit readiness and effective controls
• Manage Third-Party Risk Management with scalable, risk-based processes
• Drive enterprise cybersecurity risk management with clear accountability and leadership
• Partner with Technology, Legal, Internal Audit and business teams to embed security
• Own audit and regulatory engagement as primary liaison with Internal Audit
• Provide reporting to executives and the Board on risk and remediation progress
• Mature the security awareness program to improve human risk outcomes
• Ensure audit readiness and compliant operations at scale
