Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Program Director to lead a new product line of secure, high-bandwidth communications for autonomous platforms and government customers. The role emphasizes leadership, systems thinking, and delivering complex engineering programs on-time and on-budget.

You will drive collaboration with engineering leadership, manage cross-domain relationships, and shape the program’s strategic roadmap and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems.
• Experience supporting and/or leading engineering programs in the secure networking and communications domain.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and driving on-time, on-budget completion.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of Anduril’s secure communications technologies for the DoW and IC.
• Develop strong relationships with customers across domains to shape solutions and iterate quickly.
• Autonomously execute on broad or ambiguous requirements to deliver outcomes on multiple programs.
• Monitor and manage program progress across cost, schedule, and resources, making tradeoffs.
• Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, scope, risk, and customer communication.
• Be highly ownership-minded and trusted by engineers.
• Identify recruitment opportunities to strengthen team capabilities.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies for proposals and refine the strategic RD roadmap.
