Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting or direct SEC reporting.
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings including Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K.
• Support technical accounting assessments for complex transactions.
• Manage and mentor one direct report.
