Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS, MA, MD, DO, PhD, PharmD, MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience within medical/clinical/scientific/pharmaceutical environment including 5+ years in pharmaceutical scientific communications.
• Demonstrated subject-matter expertise in Medical Affairs strategy, Scientific Communications, Medical Content, onboarding training and Publications.
• Strong collaboration, matrix management, influencing skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Global mindset and ability to partner across regions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and align strategic scientific materials (Scientific Communication Platforms, Medical Communication Plans, Core Asset Themes).
• Create global and regional medical content plans and onboarding training materials.
• Develop, update, and execute global and regional publication plans.
• Ensure all activities comply with legal, regulatory, and healthcare guidelines.
• Assist in budget management for scientific communications, publications, and medical content budgets.
