Responsibilities

Lead and manage the university's financial aid program, including administration and disbursement of funds.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to distribute student aid in compliance with federal, state, and CSU regulations.
Provide strategic leadership, staff development, and teamwork across offices supporting financial aid services.
Advocate and communicate with campus and external partners to enhance financial aid operations and student access.
