Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, SAP IS-U - Power & Utilities to lead SAP IS-U back office implementations and drive architecture for billing, invoicing, FI-CA, and device management. You will steer cross-functional integrations with SAP CRM/C4C and SAP EAM, manage large S/4HANA migration programs, and advise C-level clients on transformation initiatives.

Mentors and leads a team of architects and consultants.

Qualifications

• Ten years of deep domain experience within the Utilities sector (Power, Gas, or Water).
• Extensive, hands-on architectural experience with SAP IS-U, with deep specialization in Billing, Rates, Invoicing, FI-CA, and Device Management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and integration touchpoints with SAP CRM/C4C, SAP EAM, and SAP FI/CO.
• Proven ability to lead large consulting teams and manage executive-level stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee SAP IS-U back office implementations aligned with business objectives.
• Architectural leadership for core IS-U, including billing, invoicing, rates, FI-CA, and device management.
• Drive integration between IS-U and SAP CRM/C4C, SAP EAM, and other modules.
• Lead project workstreams, allocate resources, and oversee large S/4HANA migration programs.
• Advise C-level utility clients through transformations and technology adoption.
• Mentor and manage teams of architects, consultants, and developers.
