Position Overview

Full-Time, W2 position in McLean, VA (preferred) or remote in continental U.S.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Sales Team Development & Enablement
    • Support portfolio companies in recruiting, training, and scaling enterprise security and networking sales teams.
    • Provide coaching in territory planning, account strategy, and sales process adherence.
  2. Strategic Growth Execution
    • Partner with leadership to develop go-to-market strategies that exceed sales targets.
    • Assist in building repeatable land and expand motions in enterprise accounts.
    • Support pricing, packaging, and deal structuring for high-value opportunities.
  3. Executive & Cross-Functional Alignment
    • Enable teams to deepen C-level relationships and align across functions.
    • Act as a strategic advisor for enterprise evaluations and rollouts.
  4. Channel & Partnership Strategy
    • Advise on developing strategic partnerships and joint GTM campaigns.
  5. Forecasting & Pipeline Management
    • Establish forecasting disciplines and manage robust pipelines.
    • Lead workshops to instill disciplined management.
  6. Market Expertise & Continuous Learning
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in enterprise software sales and security landscapes.
    • Provide market insights and coaching on best practices.
Qualifications
  • Proven leadership in enterprise software sales, with deep experience in Global 2000 and start-ups.
  • Expertise in B2B SaaS, especially in security, healthcare, or infrastructure.
  • 10+ years in senior or strategic sales leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDICC, Challenger, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in fast-growth environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% and ability to obtain U.S. DoD Security Clearance.
