• 5+ years of sales leadership in CCRC/Life Plan communities.
• Proven track record of growing occupancy and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and closing skills.
• Competitive, results-driven mindset and customer focus.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

What You’ll Do
