Job summary

Moderna in Norwood, MA is seeking a Director, Robotics Program Implementation Lead to shape and execute the robotics strategy across the CMC manufacturing network for Clinical and Commercial operations.

This leader will identify and prioritize robotics opportunities, develop the roadmap and business cases, establish governance, and lead a portfolio of robotics programs from concept through deployment and operationalization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing, automation, or program leadership in regulated biopharma.
• cGMP experience in Drug Substance or Drug Product manufacturing.
• Experience building business cases, schedules, and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Moderna's CMC robotics strategy and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities in AMRs, machine tending, humanoids, etc.
• Lead portfolio of robotics programs from concept to deployment.
• Establish governance, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and remove barriers.
