Memorial Physician Practices is looking for a Director (RN) of Case Management in Missoula, Montana. This role is crucial for managing nursing care from admission to discharge, providing expert education and acting as a patient advocate.

Status/FTE: FT / 0.8-1.0 FTE
The RN utilizes the nursing process in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients from admission to the department through discharge or transfer. Provides expert care and education to patients in the perioperative setting, acts as a patient advocate, leader, and mentor for assistive personnel. The RN is knowledgeable in all surgical procedures, disease processes, interventions, and pharmacological agents. Manages patient loads in assigned timelines.
