Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in risk management or regulatory reporting within a comparable financial institution.
• Significant experience in US regulatory reporting with FR Y-14A / FR Y-14Q Schedule L.
• Strong understanding of stressed and unstressed regulatory reporting requirements.
• Experience establishing and improving reporting frameworks, governance, controls and processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Finance, Technology and Front Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation and submission of Schedule L for FR Y-14Q stressed and unstressed submissions, alongside FR Y-14A reporting.
• Establish and maintain a comprehensive regulatory reporting framework covering data sourcing, calculations, controls, documentation and submission timelines.
• Ensure regulatory reporting remains aligned with regulatory guidance and evolving supervisory expectations.
• Design and implement a scalable operating model for Schedule L production.
• Build and strengthen sustainable reporting processes, systems, controls and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Risk, Finance, Technology and Front Office teams.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, timely, well-controlled and aligned with internal governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of regulatory reporting infrastructure and processes.

This is a senior opportunity within a globally recognised financial institution. You must have strong US regulatory reporting experience, specifically FR Y-14A / FR Y-14Q Schedule L experience within a banking environment.

As a Director - Risk Management, you will:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving capabilities.
