You will transform clinical, operational, and risk data into actionable insights for executive decision-making, leading a team and partnering with Market leads, Finance, Clinical, and IT.

This customer-facing role requires technical guidance on BI input modeling and calculations, with a focus on AI, automation, and data storytelling to advance reporting strategy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare analytics or BI experience.
• 2+ years of leadership in analytics or BI.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight).
• Ability to lead complex analytics portfolios and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk adjustment performance reporting with dashboards and insights.
• Develop provider analytics and drive performance improvement initiatives.
• Advance AI, automation, and modern BI capabilities across analytics platforms.
• Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team and collaborate with executives.
