Description

POSITION SUMMARY

The Director, Revenue Solutions will be responsible for developing solutions for complex new business opportunities and strategic renewals. They will ensure Allied delivers tailored, impactful approaches aligned with client needs and market demands, executable within our operations. They will also translate complex concepts into clear messaging for brokers, employers, and stakeholders, including creating messaging frameworks, talk tracks, presentation content, and thought leadership that clearly articulate Allied’s unique value.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  1. Act as a strategic consultant to Sales and Client Executives, supporting large, complex, or strategic new business and renewal opportunities by designing solutions tailored to each client.
  2. Provide expertise in solution design related to product and network configurations, pricing strategies, funding models, and performance guarantees, ensuring recommendations are competitive and operationally feasible.
  3. Contribute to high-value RFPs by participating in strategy meetings, resolving content issues with SMEs and vendors, and finalizing key components like executive summaries and pricing narratives.
  4. Support finalist meetings by developing and refining presentation content, advising on messaging, and consulting on best-and-final offers aligned with client expectations.
  5. Ensure operational readiness by coordinating early with Revenue and Operations Teams to align deliverables, set expectations, and mitigate risks.
  6. Lead creation and deployment of revenue enablement materials such as playbooks, battle cards, proposal tools, and FAQs, working closely with Revenue Leadership.
  7. Maintain a centralized enablement library, ensuring all tools are current, accessible, and effectively used across teams.
  8. Champion continuous process improvement by creating innovation systems, linking initiatives to key metrics, and fostering a culture of revenue excellence.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
Experience & Skills
  • At least 7 years of experience in the self-funded healthcare space, preferably with a TPA, focusing on sales strategy and solution development.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of provider networks, PBMs, stop loss, and care/medical management programs.
  • Experience supporting finalist meetings and complex sales processes.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into persuasive messaging.
  • Proactive, independent work ethic.
  • Experience with sales enablement strategies and tool development.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Dynamics.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, adaptability, and feedback utilization.
  • Up-to-date industry knowledge.
