If so, Rockbot is looking for a Director, Revenue Operations to help drive efficiency and performance across platform sales, advertising sales, marketing, and customer success functions. In this critical role, you’ll optimize sales processes, manage revenue operations, and ensure seamless alignment between teams - all while making a direct impact on Rockbot’s growth and success.

You Will:

  • Revenue Strategy – Develop and implement revenue operations initiatives to drive growth, efficiency, and scalability. Align revenue operations with company goals, sales targets, and market opportunities.
  • Revenue Performance Analysis – Analyze revenue performance, sales trends, and pipeline health to uncover opportunities for growth. Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue strategies.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking. Implement analytics dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Sales Process Optimization – Analyze and refine sales processes, workflows, and systems to boost productivity and efficiency. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations and shorten sales cycles.
  • Sales Enablement – Develop sales enablement programs, tools, and training to support sales teams and enhance their effectiveness. Provide coaching and resources to improve sales performance.
  • Sales Technology Stack – Evaluate and manage all RevOps tools - Salesforce, Hubspot, digital marketing, sales automation, commissions, and analytics tools to enhance sales execution and data-driven decision-making. Ensure systems are fully integrated and optimized.
  • Sales Operations Management – Lead team responsible for deal execution, territory management, and sales administration. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the team is executing effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, finance, customer success, and other teams to drive revenue alignment and operational cohesion. Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability.

You Have:

  • Extensive Experience - 5 - 8+ years of experience leading integrated revenue operations teams (sales operations, customer success operations, and marketing operations) within a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Technical Proficiency - Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Groove, ZoomInfo, Zoom, RingCentral, and other CRM platforms, including the ability to evaluate, implement, and manage a comprehensive sales technology stack.
  • Analytical Expertise - Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to leverage data and analytics to drive customer engagement, inform strategy, and optimize customer success programs.
  • Process Optimization Skills - Demonstrated experience in analyzing and refining sales processes, workflows, and systems to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership - Proven ability to collaborate closely with marketing, finance, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment, coordination, and collaboration across revenue-generating functions.
  • Strategic Vision - Experience developing and implementing revenue strategies and operations initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Team Development - Experience leading and developing a team of revenue operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Compensation

Rockbot takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location in the U.S. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

The compensation band for this role is $165k to $225k + bonus, as well as equity, and benefits for all team members.
