Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC in Lake Zurich, IL seeks a Director of Controlling to lead revenue accounting, GTN and internal controls for over $3B in net sales, reporting to the VP of Controlling.

The role partners with Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, and other leaders to optimize complex commercial arrangements, drive governance, and strengthen the U.S. internal control environment. Onsite 3 days/week in Lake Zurich.

Qualifications

• CPA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 10+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Accounting team and strengthen governance across GTN and revenue recognition.
• Oversee Internal Controls governance and testing strategy in the U.S. entities.
• Present financial results and risks to CFO and senior leadership with actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations, IT, and Logistics to align accounting with business objectives.
