Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in the United States seeks a Director of Controlling to provide strategic leadership over revenue accounting, GTN, and internal controls for over $3B in net sales. You will manage a high-performing team, lead governance councils, and partner with Commercial, Finance, IT, Operations, and other leaders to drive financial governance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires CPA, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and extensive GTN expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA required; GAAP/IFRS GTN knowledge.
• 10+ years in finance/accounting management; public company experience preferred.
• Experience leading GTN and revenue recognition teams; strong IFRS exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership over Revenue Recognition (IFRS 15) and GTN accounting.
• Chair the Revenue and Gross-to-Net Governance Council and align policies.
• Oversee internal controls design, monitoring and testing strategy for U.S. entities.
• Present revenue results and risk trends to CFO and senior leadership; support audits.
