EyeSouth’s affiliate network consists of over 40 practices with 300+ doctors providing medical and surgical eye care services at over 175 clinic locations and 20+ ambulatory surgery centers throughout Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Florida, Tennessee, Ohio, Kentucky, Alabama, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Essential Duties
- Leads Professional Services teams who oversee the implementation and execution of tasks associated with including Implementation, Optimization, and Training Services for revenue cycle strategic initiatives.
- Creates scalable processes to support an effective and efficient deployment of revenue cycle initiatives.
- Serves as an escalation point for issues beyond team authority; resolves conflicts involving project priorities, resources, and/or contractual issues with affiliates.
- Demonstrates the ability to quickly understand a business situation; make prompt decisions to facilitate expedition of resolutions and navigate to successful outcomes.
- Builds positive working relationships/partnerships and a trusted advisor within the organization, consulting practice managers, clients, and is recognized by the client as the delivery executive responsible for the ensuring overall delivery experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on ways to improve client experiences through revenue cycle transition points.
- Interfaces with affiliate project stakeholders, including C-level management and directors, to elicit business and functional requirements.
- Proactively addresses performance concerns with the applicable manager; provides performance evaluation input for project resources.
- Has a thorough understanding of the key performance indicators and metrics for the business and manages them to successful levels on a consistent basis.
- Proactively manages the financial details of the business including, but not limited to forecasting revenue, concessions/credits, and backlog management.
- Works collaboratively with the leadership team to develop and/or improve the practice, including strategies, policies, and processes; supports and promotes the use of leading-edge delivery methodologies and best practices.
- Manage Optimization and Training teams to successfully achieve the following
- Provide a high-level of value and customer service to our affiliate practices by ensuring seamless transition onto EyeSouth Revenue Cycle Operations.
- Internal and External revenue cycle education initiatives which ensure consistent performance across affiliates and workstreams.
- Establishing and deploying standard playbooks for optimization and education.
- Coordinate internal resources to facilitate optimal service delivery as needed.
- Establish an effective internal and affiliate facing training program for internal and external revenue cycle services.
- Maintains knowledge on current healthcare industry and specialty related changes.
- Perform additional projects and job duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple business and technology organizations.
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation, and excellence.
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
- Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas to achieve a common business objective.
