Qualifications

• 6+ years revenue cycle management operations leadership experience.
• 5+ years client management or consulting in healthcare delivery systems.
• 4+ years planning and managing revenue cycle strategy for SLA adherence.
• Experience driving projects and introducing technology for operational efficiency.
• Proven ability to analyze market opportunities and develop creative solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Revenue Cycle Management Client Delivery - PST - Remote to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This leader will oversee client delivery for revenue cycle management operations, with a focus on performance, service excellence, and ongoing operational improvement. The role will partner closely with client leaders, delivery teams, and internal centers of excellence to ensure strong SLA adherence and measurable results. The position also requires using data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflow efficiency and support client outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,700 – $193,200 annually

Responsibilities
