Job summary

Innovatix Technology Partners is seeking a full-time, fully remote Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) professional to influence and collaborate with the clinical operations team and RCM vendor.

You will focus on improving key metrics and reducing internal process costs while handling end-to-end revenue cycle activities across demographics, eligibility, authorization, charge capture, prebilling edits, and collections.

• Any Area in Pop Health
• Patient Collections
• Previsit Collections
• Postvisit Collections
• Statements
• Bad Debt Process
• Financial Counseling/Point-of-Service Collections
• Coding and Clinical Documentation- RCM representative with Clinical Operations team
• Credentialing- Oversight
• Communication of Insurance company policies and process changes as related to Front End Revenue Cycle
• Metric Oversight
• Work hand in hand with Provider Compensation in resolving Provider Concerns
