ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics for the HR Outsourcing (HRO) Analytics organization. We’re looking for an experienced analyst in business intelligence, visualizations, and data storytelling through actionable insights to join a team that will enable data-driven decision making.

The Sr. Manager, Data Analytics will report to the Head of Business Intelligence. A hybrid work arrangement is offered: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics.
• Ability to motivate teams towards high levels of excellence and standards.
• Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations in data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and partner at the senior executive level.
• Advanced skills in data visualization and storytelling; creating actionable insights.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint to create presentations with insights.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling; able to present to management and non-technical audiences using PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Coach and develop junior team members.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating uncertainty.
