The Role
Outreach.io is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Director, Revenue Accounting to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will be involved in daily revenue operations and improvement for automation. You will also participate in the global revenue process, including assisting with contract review, month-end close procedures, and the preparation of ASC 606 compliance analyses. You will be a strong partner to the GTM team when it comes to process improvements and designing future deal offerings, coaching on downstream billing implications, and certain GTM revenue strategies.
The ideal candidate is an experienced CPA (or with equivalent practical experience) with at least 8-12 years of progressively responsible experience at either a Big 4 public accounting firm or a high-tech organization with a minimum of 2 years in a revenue specific role. You should have experience from a global SaaS company. Due to the fast-paced and high growth nature, the candidate must be detail-oriented, have the ability to operate effectively and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
Location: We’re looking to hire this person hybrid in Seattle or Atlanta, or remote within the US.

The annual base salary range for this role is $160,000-$190,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
