Protective is seeking a Director of Retirement Case Management to lead New Business case management and Agent Onboarding teams, ensuring top‑tier service for Retirement products. The role requires deep annuity and financial services expertise and a passion for delivering best‑in‑class support to protect customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in a customer service environment with a focus on annuity products or partners.
• Proven interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and data analysis abilities.
• Experience in an Annuity/Retirement leadership position preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads two teams: New Business and Pending Board; sets goals aligned to department strategy.
• Oversees delivery, production and quality standards; resolves problems and escalations.
• Drives cross‑functional training and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
• Maintains stakeholder relationships and communicates business goals to the organization.
• Plans and allocates work, coordinates workflows, and drives growth strategy.
