Aufgaben

• Oversee clinical programming for Respiratory Care, Cardiology-general, Bronchoscopy/PFT Lab, EEG, NCV/EMG, and Rehab Respiratory departments.
• Ensure department operations meet accreditation standards (TJC) and survey readiness.
• Oversee operating targets and capital budgets to meet financial goals.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of direct reports to build leadership depth.
• Foster patient safety, quality improvement, and transfer of best practices across CHRISTUS.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure delivery of services by qualified personnel.
• Support strategic planning for department growth and space/equipment planning.
