The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with teaching experience, and an active state license. Strong teamwork and data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 4 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with two years teaching in accredited program.
• Current Respiratory Therapist License in state of practice.
• Experience working independently and in a flexible team environment.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supervises administration of the Respiratory Care program including staffing, training, scheduling and corrective action.
• Oversees and participates in instructional activities in the Respiratory Care program.
• Organizes and oversees student/applicant activities.
• Maintains knowledge and skills.
• Recommends long-range plans and learning maps to support missions.
• Assists Director in data preparation for special projects.
• Other related duties as required.
