Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed for agency business.

Pathway Family Services is seeking an experienced Director of Residential Services to oversee residential program at the Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF). This leadership role is responsible for program management, staff supervision, strategic planning, compliance, and ensuring quality services for children, youth, and families.
