Job summary

Pathway Family Service is hiring a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team in Topeka, Kansas. You will work with children, adolescents, and their families, delivering individual, family, and group therapy to promote stability and permanency at home.

We require masters-level licensure in Kansas with BSRB credentials; addiction credentials are preferred. The role features flexible schedules, strong team support, and opportunities for growth within a nationally recognized program.

Qualifications

Description

We are looking for a full-time therapist to join our Residential Treatment Team, working with children and families engaged in clinical services through our residential programs.

Our full-time therapists are masters level practitioners with Kansas BSRB licensure that allows for treatment of mental health disorders. An additional credential for addictions is preferred.

A Day in The Life as a therapist:

As a Therapist for Pathway Family Service, you will work directly with children and adolescents, and their families, in our residential treatment programs. Assisting them in learning skills to maintain stability and permanency in the home. We provide Individual, Family, and Group Therapy. Schedules are flexible, we adapt to meet the needs of specific clients.
