Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Leadership managing enterprise-scale technology platforms and support organizations.
• Experience operating within GxP- and SOX-regulated environments.
• Experience leading complex programs, portfolios, and vendor ecosystems with financial accountability.
• Experience operating as a product owner, business relationship manager, or similar demand-shaping role.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology & operations leadership and strategic partnerships with senior leaders.
• Ensure stable, secure, and compliant laboratory technology operations across IT/OT.
• Own and manage the site operating budget, including vendor management and forecasting.
• Oversee a portfolio of programs, platform releases, and enhancements for the site.
• Attract, develop, and retain top talent with full people-management accountability.
• Serve as the site product owner, capturing requirements and shaping backlog items.
• Drive local adoption and change management for new platform capabilities.
• Represent the site in cross-site prioritization forums to align roadmaps.
