Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Life Sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience with relevant focus.
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, biotech, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research data technology capabilities enabling trusted, governed, reusable data across R&D.
• Drive transformation to FAIR data environment for analytics, AI/GenAI, and scientific decision-making.
• Collaborate with scientists, data governance, architecture, cybersecurity, and platform teams to implement data platforms and cataloging.
