Qualifications

• 10+ years in renewable energy project development or related energy sector management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy, or related field; Master’s degree or PMP preferred.
• Proven leadership with direct team management and talent development.
• Deep knowledge of power market dynamics, permitting, interconnection, and project life cycle.
• Strong financial acumen in project finance, deal structuring, and revenue stacking.
• Excellent negotiation and public-speaking skills; strategic decision-making.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy to grow the project pipeline in line with organizational goals.
• Manage and mentor development managers and associates.
• Set stage-gate criteria for capital investments and monitor risk.
• Report portfolio progress, budget adherence, and risk to executives.
• Oversee full-cycle development from land acquisition through NTP.
• Lead siting, permitting, interconnection, stakeholder engagement, and budgeting.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and service agreements.
