DUTIES:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow existing client relationships, focusing on revenue retention and risk analysis.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and analyze legislative impacts on risk and profitability.
- Serve as a consultative advisor to client leadership, guiding strategic objectives and assessing environmental impacts of new products.
- Act as the primary client advocate, ensuring satisfaction and managing escalations related to risk and market scenarios.
- Document communications, develop contingency plans, and analyze financial data to forecast industry and economic conditions.
- Evaluate and structure deals, ensuring optimal terms for both client and firm, and monitor environmental impacts on growth.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure satisfaction and strategic alignment, providing industry insights and monitoring risk developments.
- Develop and report on relationship strategies and risk data, contributing to team metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business development teams to execute relationship strategies and identify potential risks in investments.
- Lead service review meetings, assist in client training, and track market risk metrics.
- Prospect new clients and contribute to overall relationship management strategies.
- Coordinate with internal resources to address client needs and share industry developments.
- Recommend thought leadership initiatives and ensure compliance activities are properly conducted.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in finance, including strategic planning for global payments, foreign exchange, cash management, and trade finance.
- Experience managing relationships with major financial institutions in South America.
- Proficiency in global payments, cash management products, and analytics tools like Tableau, CRM, and SWIFT Analytics.
- Knowledge of client onboarding and risk management procedures (KYC, BAC).
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (17%).
