Tampa Electric Co. is seeking an experienced regulatory professional to lead cost recovery filings and regulatory strategy.

The role requires a strong background in utility regulation and a track record of managing complex regulatory proceedings with state and federal agencies. The position offers oversight of testimony, tariffs, and filings, collaborating with Energy Supply, Electric Delivery Operations, Customer Care and other departments to articulate regulatory positions and ensure

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Graduate degree or professional certification preferred.
• Required: 10 years of utility regulatory experience.
• Required: 5 years of leadership managing a team.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee TEC cost recovery filings and regulatory proceedings with FPSC and related bodies.
• Coordinate petitions, testimony, cost recovery projections and true-up filings.
• Prepare and review regulatory filings, testimony and data requests for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide regulatory strategy and policy analysis for FPSC and FERC issues.
