Peoples Gas System is seeking a Director of Regulatory Affairs to lead FPSC and FERC strategy and serve as a key company witness before regulators. The role demands navigating complex regulatory matters, leading teams, and guiding regulatory initiatives to favorable outcomes.

You will drive rate design, filings, compliance and policy analysis while coordinating with executives, legal counsel, and regulators to shape the regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Engineering.
• Extensive coursework in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Science, and Statistics is required.

Responsabilités

• Direct FPSC and FERC regulatory activities related to retail rates, cost recovery, rate design, forecasts, audits, and special contracts.
• Lead development and design of FPSC and FERC rate proceedings, including project management, testimony, discovery, witness training, depositions, and hearing prep.
