Job summary

Vertex Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Director of Regulatory Data to lead strategy, governance, and execution for regulatory data within the RIMS platform. This role will guide data stewardship, establish scalable processes, and collaborate across functions to ensure complete, reliable, and inspection-ready regulatory information to support portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with preference for life sciences or technology
• Typically requires 10 years of experience in a technology area within a pharmaceutical/biotech company and 3 years of supervisory/management experience
• Experience in regulatory information management/GxP data is required

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory Data Management function, setting vision and priorities for governance, data quality, and reporting.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of regulatory data professionals with clear objectives and workflows.
• Oversee RIMs data collection, entry, maintenance, and reporting from approved sources of truth.
