Job summary

Moderna seeks an Associate Director of Regulatory Data Management & Intelligence to shape regulatory data strategy and governance. You will own Veeva Vault RIM data capabilities and collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Operations, CMC, Labeling, Quality, and Digital to improve data quality and enable global compliance.

You will drive enterprise data standards, governance, and migration readiness while advancing AI-enabled analytics and dashboards with BI tools across the regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of regulatory/data management experience.
• Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Extensive experience with Veeva Vault RIM including data objects and governance.
• Experience leading governance programs and regulatory data migration projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the regulatory data strategy, governance framework, and multi-year roadmap.
• Own regulatory master data capabilities (Applications, Submissions, Health Authority interactions).
• Establish enterprise data standards, metadata, and data quality practices.
• Lead AI-enabled regulatory data management initiatives and analytics.
• Develop enterprise dashboards using Veeva Vault RIM and Tableau.
• Partner with Digital and Regulatory teams to drive capabilities and migrations.
• Lead readiness activities for Veeva Vault RIM releases.
