Los Robles Regional Medical Center is seeking a Director of Regulatory Compliance and Accreditation to lead the program ensuring readiness, quality excellence, and safety across the organization. You will oversee CMS, The Joint Commission, and other agencies, partnering with quality, safety, and facility leaders to implement compliant systems and continuous improvement.

This role supports a large acute care network in Ventura/Los Angeles Counties, focusing on patient safety and regulatory

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• 1+ years of technical and managerial experience in accreditation required.
• Current license as a registered nurse or health professional in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) OR Certification in Healthcare Quality Management (CHCQM) required within 12 months

• Administration and oversight of activities concerning regulatory and accreditation readiness, quality excellence, and corporate safety compliance for the organization.
• Oversight for CMS, The Joint Commission (TJC), and other external agencies for regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with quality and safety, facility leadership, and department leaders to implement compliant systems and drive process improvement and safety across the facility
