Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a seasoned Director to oversee the Recovery from Addictions Program (M-WRAP) within the Department of Mental Health. This temporary sick-leave backfill covers daily management, clinical and non-clinical services, and contract oversight for an on-site statewide program.

Responsibilities include staff management 24/7, program development, coordination of clinical reviews, and ensuring compliance with standards to protect patients and rights.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS: at least six years of full-time or equivalent experience in business administration, public administration, or clinical management, with at least two years in supervisory/managerial capacity.

• Maintain staff for 24/7 operations including clinical and administrative functions.
