You will guide core fulfillment platforms with a focus on production reliability, scalability, and AI-powered decision making, partnering with business and product leads to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• A B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 7+ years leading engineering managers and multiple teams.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing engineering organizations, including hypergrowth and org changes.
• Strategic mindset shaping multi-quarter roadmaps and architectural decisions at scale.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and business.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI & Platform Vision: drive strategy toward a unified AI/Optimization platform.
• Architect Real-Time Decision Engines: build systems solving VRP, assignment, pricing at scale.
• Build Production-Grade ML: robust feature stores, low-latency serving, backtesting.
• Scale High-Throughput Infrastructure: support millions of concurrent requests.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: align with Business, Product, Data Science.
• Champion Engineering Excellence: mentor leaders and hire top talent.
