Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting.
• CPA License required or preferred.
• 5+ years of real estate industry tax experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day workflow on client engagements.
• Manage risk and financial performance of engagements.
• Advise clients on transactions and tax issues with high-quality service.
• Supervise tax professionals/ assistants on client projects.
• Participate in training content and external market activities.
• Develop relationships with internal and external clients.
• Understand GAAP concepts as they relate to mortgage REITs/PE Debt Funds.
