FTI Consulting, Inc. is seeking a senior tax professional to lead real estate tax engagements, coordinating day-to-day workflow and client deliveries. You will oversee a team, manage client relationships, and advise on transactions to ensure high-quality tax services.

Travel to clients is possible as part of the role. The candidate should have 5+ years in real estate tax, a CPA license, and an ability to work in a dynamic, client-focused environment across the Real Estate Solutions and Corporate

Competenze

5+ years of real estate industry tax experience with a well-regarded accounting firm or direct private experience with a Debt Fund or Mortgage REIT
CPA license is required
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Mansioni

Oversee day-to-day workflow management for tax engagements
Build and manage client relationships with internal and external clients
Lead a team of tax professionals/assistants on client projects
Advise on transactions and tax issues to deliver high-quality service
Maintain strong compliance with GAAP as it relates to mortgage REITs/PE Debt Funds
