Job summary

St. John's University School of Law seeks a Director to grow and manage the Mattone Family Institute for Real Estate Law, driving enrollment and revenue for real estate-focused JD and LL.M. programs.

The Director will report to associate deans, recruit adjunct professors, oversee course offerings and programs, and collaborate with career, enrollment, and alumni teams to advance real estate education.

Qualifications

• A Juris Doctor degree is required.
• 5 or more years' relevant professional experience required.
• Admission to NY state bar preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate law required.
• Strong leadership and career advising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Co-Director of the Real Estate LL.M. Program and recruit/enroll students.
• Identify and recruit adjunct professors for real estate law courses.
• Manage the Mattone Institute budget and staff.
• Advise JD and LL.M. students on career development.
• Coordinate with Career Development and Alumni offices on internships and events.
