Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a Manager/Director of Capital Markets & M&A to lead real estate monetization, disposition strategies, and capital planning from underwriting through closing. The role interfaces with investors, brokers, lenders, and internal teams in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong track record in real estate capital markets, with experience across sale-leasebacks, portfolio and single-asset dispositions, and corporate financing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in real estate investment banking, commercial real estate investment sales, net lease brokerage, REITs, private equity real estate, corporate real estate, or capital markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of executing complex real estate transactions from initial marketing through closing.
• Strong understanding of sale-leaseback structures, commercial real estate valuation, lease analysis, and transaction negotiations.
• Experience working with institutional investors and real estate capital sources.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, including Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of real estate disposition strategies, including sale-leasebacks, portfolio transactions, and individual asset sales.
• Manage all phases of transactions, from valuation, underwriting, and pricing strategy through due diligence and closing.
• Prepare financial analyses, investment memorandums, marketing materials, and executive-level presentations.
• Coordinate buyer outreach campaigns and oversee competitive bid processes.
