Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a highly analytical Capital Markets Analyst to support financing, treasury, strategic growth, and capital allocation initiatives. This role will evaluate capital market opportunities, assist debt and equity transactions, and deliver actionable financial insights for executive decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related areas.
Experience supporting financing transactions and financial modeling; industry in travel centers/retail a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist in evaluating and executing debt and equity financing transactions.
Develop and maintain financial models for growth initiatives and capital projects.
Prepare lender presentations, investment memorandums, and financing packages.
Support acquisition and strategic partnership evaluations.
