Job summary

LV Petroleum is seeking a highly organized Project Manager, Capital Markets & M&A to oversee the collection, coordination, and delivery of recurring and ad hoc reporting packages for senior management, investors, lenders, and other external stakeholders. Reporting to the SVP, this role coordinates across Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Operations, and other functions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in project management or related roles.
• Finance/accounting background with reporting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate to Las Vegas and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages.
• Coordinate data collection, consolidation, and review from internal stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy, completeness, and readiness before distribution.
• Develop reporting calendars, trackers, templates, and checklists.
• Maintain version control, documentation, and audit trails for reports.
• Communicate project status and risks to senior management.
• Coordinate with investors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
