Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
EPIC certification(s) in RCM modules strongly preferred.
7–10 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience with 5+ years in EPIC optimization.
Proven track record leading automation and workflow redesign to improve RCM metrics.
Strong knowledge of front-to-back revenue cycle processes and analytics.
Experience with data analytics and BI tools.

Responsibilities

Lead EPIC optimization roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
Design, test, and implement workflow improvements and automation tools.
Champion EPIC adoption and end-user proficiency.
Partner with IT, vendors, and clinical leadership to deploy AI and RPA within EPIC.
Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance and drive improvements.
Ensure HIPAA privacy and security standards are followed.
