Job summary

Horizon Hobby in Champaign, IL, is hiring a Director of Community Engagement to lead the growth of a national community movement. You will shape strategies across RC categories, build clubs and tracks, and create unforgettable experiences that engage enthusiasts and families.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in loyalty/reward programs.
• Active involvement in RC or hobby communities.
• Proven ability to build and lead community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Architect a National Community Movement across aviation, surface, marine, and emerging categories.
• Create scalable programs that drive participation locally, regionally, and nationally.
• Build a connected ecosystem of clubs, tracks, ambassadors, influencers, retailers, and enthusiasts.
• Establish signature company-owned events that become destination experiences for hobbyists and families.
