Qualifikationen

• Three to five years of medical office experience.
• Three years’ experience as RTT.
• Five years healthcare/radiation oncology leadership; ten years preferred.

Aufgaben

• Direct, regulate, and monitor Radiation Oncology Services to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Mentor and train staff on technologies and processes.
• Ensure safe staffing levels, performance evaluations, and QA initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with federal/state laws and regulations governing radiation oncology.
• Oversee budgeting and financial performance for the Radiation Oncology department.
